Audit Feedback & Review Feedback
Feedback helps AQX improve review clarity, evidence requests, communication quality, certificate-record accuracy, and applicant experience.
Clear rules for applicants, certificate holders, buyers, and relying parties.
These pages are written to support practical use: what AQX expects, what the holder may claim, how concerns are handled, and what information should be sent when clarification is needed.
Review clarity
Tell AQX if an evidence request, scope question, or decision explanation was unclear.
Service quality
Share concerns about timing, communication, professionalism, or the practical usefulness of support.
Record accuracy
Request correction if a holder name, scope wording, date, route, or status appears inaccurate.
Improvement input
Suggest clearer wording, stronger guidance, or better applicant instructions for future files.
How AQX handles this governance topic.
Receive
Send the certificate ID, application ID, or company name so the record can be located.
Classify
Describe what should be reviewed and include screenshots or correspondence where useful.
Review
AQX checks whether the matter is feedback, a correction request, a complaint, or an appeal.
Respond
Where action is needed, AQX records the issue and communicates the practical next step.
Important note
Feedback is different from an appeal. If you disagree with a formal decision, use the complaints and appeals route.
For certificate-specific questions, include the holder name, certificate ID, scope wording, and the reason the record is being reviewed.
